Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance

ERP and MES System

A cornerstone of our quality assurance is the integrated use of two computerized systems: the ERP and MES, which work in tandem across all departments. This integration ensures clear, thorough, and real-time communication throughout every stage of production.

The MES (Manufacturing Execution System) then takes this plan and brings it to life on the factory floor, acting as the hands and eyes of the operation. As a component moves from die casting, plastic injection or cold-forging, the MES captures real-time machine parameters (pressure, temperature) to ensure specification compliance. During CNC machining, it directly controls programs, tracks tool life, and records precise dimensional measurements. In spinning operations, it tracks spindle RPM, feed rates, and tool paths to guarantee precise metal flow and wall thickness consistency. During punching, it records hit counts, tool wear, and verifies blank positioning for flawless cutouts and forms. At the coating and surface conversion stage, it monitors chemical bath concentrations, oven temperatures, and cure times, linking each part to its specific process batch.

Throughout this journey, the MES feeds real-time performance data (output, quality checks, deviations, and downtime) back to the ERP. This continuous loop means the business-level planning system is always informed by ground-truth production data. By the time parts reach the final assembly line, both systems are perfectly synchronized: the MES guides operators with exact configurations, while the ERP updates inventory and calculates production costs in real time.

Ultimately, this integration creates a closed loop of quality. Every critical parameter is digitally recorded, making the entire manufacturing history of any product fully traceable. This not only prevents errors and ensures consistency but also allows for rapid root-cause analysis should any issue arise, solidifying quality assurance at every physical and digital step.
